Your participation in the Program, and our collection and use of your personal information in connection with the Program, is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats through the Program.

We may send messages from one or more 10DLC numbers or short codes.
2. User Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number, you voluntarily opt in to the Program and consent to receive recurring text messages at that number, even if your number is listed on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list.

If you change or deactivate your number, you agree to promptly notify us at helpnow@ethicalhomesolutionsllc.com to avoid unintended messages.

3. User Opt-Out and Support
You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying:
STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE
After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message to verify that your opt-out has been processed.

6. Modifications
We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice.
We may also update these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically. Any changes will be effective when posted to this page. Your continued participation in the Program after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
